Telecom and Data Carrier Customer
Service
AskTimTaylor.com
helps our clients with several customer service needs and issue resolution
tasks. We prefer to closely monitor Trouble Tickets, Moves, Adds, Changes,
Disconnects for resolution and accuracy.
Sometimes our customers prefer to contact the carrier
directly to open a Trouble Ticket or follow up on a billing issue. When you
do there are several important items you should obtain from the customer
service representative.
-
Verify your correct account information including
account number and physical address to the customer service
representative.
-
Secure the first and last name of the customer
service representative, ID #, City/State Call Center location! Carrier
policies differs. The more information the better.
-
Secure the phone extension of the service
representative if possible.
-
Always give out your immediate contact phone number
in case you get disconnected.
-
Secure the ticket number assigned to your call.
-
Clarify your reason for calling so the representative
understands your need.
Most of the time a carrier’s customer service department
truly wants to help but unless each call is held accountable you will find
some calls disappear into nowhere.
